Prediction : You
will have SEVEN
cards remaining.
|
Do this:
- Take a full pack of
playing cards and remove the face
(picture) cards and any jokers. Shuffle
the remaining spot cards.
- Now deal the cards
face up in a pile while counting
backwards from ten to one. If the value
of a dealt card (Ace = 1) is the same as
the count number
then stop dealing the pile.
- If you find there is
no match between card value and count
number, then shuffle the pile of ten
cards that you have dealt and replace
them face down
on the bottom
of the pack.
- Following the same
procedure, deal a new pile. Repeat until
you have formed THREE face up piles.
- Add up the values of
the three face up cards and then remove
this number of cards from the remainder
of the pack (i.e., not the dealt piles).
- Count the number of
cards remaining in the pack.
