2. John DANIELL ( ) was born estimated 1649. He died before 1712.

In the name of God Amen. I John Daniell the Elder of Imber in the (County of)
Wilts Tayler beingweake in body but in a sound mind & memory do make this my last (Will & Testament
(Revoking all former wills) in forme as followeth, Inprimis I give unto my son John �
of London Tayler the sum of tenn shillings & to his son John my Grandson I give the (sum of forty)
shillings to be paid to him at the age of one and twenty years, Item I give to my son (Christopher) �
the sum of tenn shillings & to his son John my Grandson I give the sum of forty (shillings) �
to him at the age of one and twenty years both which sums of forty shillings it is my will �
be paid to them by my Executrix hereafter named if she live till they come to the age �
years, otherwise it is my will that my two sones Walter Daniell & Joseph Daniell shall (execute) �
equally pay the said legacy to my said two grandsonnes, Item I give unto my son (Robert) �
of Newton in the County of Wilts the sum of three pounds, Item I give unto my son (Walter Daniell)
the sum of five pounds, Item I give unto my son Joseph Daniell the sum (of five pounds)�
Item I give & bequeath & devise unto my deare wife Mary Daniell all my ho..
& all thatt other garden plott which I lately bought of William Stabin, which said premyses �
Imber aforesaid, & also the use of all my household goods for and during the �
life if she lives so long a widdow & not otherwise, Item I give devise & bequeath �
sones Walter Daniell & Joseph Daniell immediately after the decease or next (marriage)�
said wife, all my aforesaid house garden & garden plott beforementioned to �
lawfully begotten & equally to be divided between them, and also all of my house�
equally divided between them my said sones Walter Daniell & Joseph Daniell �
my said two sones shall happen to dye without such issue lawfully begotten i�
the full and absolute right (shall ??? to be vested in the survivor,) of all �
and if it shall happen that both my said sones Walter Daniell & Joseph Daniell �
without issue lawfully begotten that then it is my will & intent that my said �
garden plott shall descend to my said grandson John Daniell of London to the �
of him & his heirs forever, Item I give & bequeath unto my two sons Walter Daniell �
Daniell the further sum of twenty pounds each to be paid to them by my said �
her next marriage, all which and other my debts legacyes and funeral expenses I desire �
within the space of one year next after my death, except as if abovementioned �
Item all the rest of my goods chattels & mony not before dispos'd of I give & bequeath
deare wife Mary Daniell whom I do hereby make and appoynt sole Executrix �
will & testament dated the second day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand (seven)�
hundred & seven. In wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand �

John married Mary estimated 1674. Mary was born estimated 1653. She died in Nov 1712 in Imber, Wiltshire. She was buried on 5 Nov 1712 in St. Giles, Imber, Wiltshire.

Last Will and Testament of Mary Daniell

In the name of God Amen

I Mary Daniell the Elder of Imber in the County of Wilts
widow and Relict of John Daniell lately diseased being weak in
body but in a sound mind and memory do make this my last
Will and Testament Revoking all former Wills) in form as
followeth, I promise I give unto my son John Daniell of the
City of London Taylor the sum of five shillings, Item I give
unto my son Christopher Daniell the sum of five shillings,
Item I give to my son Robert Daniell of Wilton in the
County of Wilts the sum of five shillings, Item all the rest
of my goods chatles and money not before disposed of
I give and bequeath unto my two sons Walter Daniell and
Joseph Daniell whom I do hereby make and appoint
Joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament
Dated the twenty ninth day of December in the year
of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eleven,
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
And seal
